Katihar (Bihar), 11 July: In a shocking
incident reported in Katihar District of Bihar, a private tuition
teacher raped his 15-year-old student. The private coaching institute teacher
forcefully entered the minor student's house and raped the student by
brandishing a knife.
A case has been registered and The police is on the lookout for the accused teacher.
According to the police, the village
where the incident occurred is under Balrampur police station jurisdiction. On Friday
evening the accused teacher came to the student's house and inquired why she didn't
come to the classes? The girl student responded saying she was not feeling
well so she couldn't come for classes.
Then the teacher told the student that
he had something important to tell you about that day's class. But the student
said that there was no one at her house so he couldn't come in the house.
Further, she said that he could tell her what he wanted when she came to the
institute next.
Hearing this, the teacher got angry
and forcefully entered the student's house. He brandished a knife and ask her
to cooperate with him. The student tried to resist but the teacher threatened
her by showing her the knife. He forced himself on her and raped her after
which he ran away from the spot.
Later when the girl's mother came
home she told her everything. The victim's mother went to the police station to
file the complaint on Saturday morning. In the complaint, the victim's mother
said that her daughter is a class 10 student and was attending the coaching
institute to prepare for her examinations.
The coaching institute's teacher
Kanhaiya Kumar used to miss behave with her. She had complained about this to
her parents after which she had stopped going for the classes.
Police inspector Ravindra Kumar, who is investigating the case, says, "We have sent the victim for a medical checkup and are waiting for the reports. Meanwhile we are conducting raids to arrest the accused".
