October 06: Rajasthan state
government has taken a big decision in the case of pornographic videos which
were doing the rounds in Rajasthan giving the department a bad name.
A
woman constable and DSP Hiralal Saini has been sacked by the state government in September end after their pornographic videos surfaced from Ajmer. This action
has been taken after the recommendation from the Chief Minister's Office. It is
notable that a video of Ajmer's Beawar went viral in mid-August. In this, a
female constable along with DSP Hiralal Saini was seen taking a bath in the
swimming pool. Surprisingly, the lady constable also had her six-year-old son
outside the swimming pool. Despite this, both of them were seen indulging in
obscene acts in front of him.
The arrest was made after the video surfaced
After
the video surfaced, DSP Hiralal Saini was arrested on September 9 and the woman
constable on September 12. Both were booked under various sections and were
also suspended with immediate effect. At the same time, the action was also taken
against both under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act.
The incident
Actually
a video of a female constable and DSP Hiralal Saini from a resort located in
Pushkar, Ajmer went viral. It was reported that the day the video was shot on
July 10, it was also the woman constable's birthday. Both were indulging in
obscene acts in the pool with their six-year-old son nearby. After the video
surfaced, the woman's mobile phone was checked, in which many such videos were
found.
At
the same time, a big disclosure has been made in this case. The woman allegedly
made more than 50 videos of DSP Saini through which she was preparing to
blackmail him. The woman constable is separated from her husband and has been
having a relationship with Saini for the last five years.
